Please be clear on whether it is a UK or EASA cabin crew medical you require.
I can do UK cabin crew medicals, but not EASA.
The process is as follows –
I will email you a form to fill.
You can scan and email this back to me as a PDF, or bring it when you attend for your medical.
I carry out a medical exam. This includes a urine test and a blood pressure measurement.
Assuming you are fit, I will give you a certificate valid for 5 years.
